Terms of Use for Weekly Draws Portal

Conditions and rules that apply to participation in weekly draws offered to residents of Canada.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Age Requirement

To take part in weekly draws, you must be at least 19 years old. Age confirmation is completed during the registration process.

Geographic Eligibility

Weekly draws participation is offered only to people living in Canada with a valid Canadian address for prize delivery.

Identity Verification

Government-issued identification may be requested when claiming prizes that exceed applicable regulatory limits.

2. Prize Distribution Terms

Claim Window

Prize claims must be filed within 75 days from the draw date. After this window, unclaimed prizes may be handled as required by Canadian rules.

Payment Options

Prizes are issued by secure electronic transfer or by certified cheque, depending on the amount and the participant’s selected option.

Tax Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for any taxes that may apply to prizes received. Where required, tax documents are provided for prizes above regulatory thresholds.

3. Prohibited Activities

Multiple Accounts

Opening more than one account to bypass participation limits is not allowed and can lead to account closure.

Automated Tools

Using bots, scripts, or automated software to influence or interfere with weekly draws participation is not permitted.

Misrepresentation

Any deceptive behavior, including providing inaccurate details or attempting to alter prize claims, may result in immediate suspension.

Account Transfer

Weekly draws accounts cannot be transferred. Ownership may not be assigned or passed to another person for any reason.

4. Data Management Policy

Information Collection

Core participant details are collected to support compliance needs, account administration, and prize delivery.

Storage Approach

Information is kept on secured Canadian servers with encryption and access controls designed to protect participants.

Retention Period

Participant data may be stored for up to 6 years after an account is closed, in accordance with applicable Canadian regulatory requirements.

Deletion Requests

Requests to remove data can be sent to support@topdrawsca.com, subject to record-keeping obligations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Technical Limitations

The portal is not responsible for technical disruptions, connectivity problems, or system faults that may affect weekly draws participation.

Service Downtime

Maintenance periods or unexpected interruptions can occur without advance notice. By using the portal, participants accept this possibility.

Account Security

Participants must keep their credentials confidential. The portal is not liable for access by third parties when security details are not protected.

6. Policy Modifications

Notice of Updates

If there are material changes, we will notify registered email addresses at least 21 days before the update takes effect.

Use After Changes

Continuing to use the weekly draws portal after updated terms are posted indicates acceptance of the revised conditions.
